October

  • 10/18/21 – New Blog: “3 Secret Ingredients to Maximize Your Trust Deed Investment Benefits” was posted to the website and emailed to current clients to help encourage clients to reinvest, diversify, and open different accounts.

  • 10/06/21 – Salt Lake City Branding Campaign: Ignite Funding is engaging in a 6 month branded content campaign with the Salt Lake Tribune in UT. This campaign will included digital & print branded content, occasional Print Ads and social posts on their Facebook page to drive readers to our content.

  • 10/01/21 – REI Ink Editorial: Ignite Funding will have an editorial in REI Inks October edition featuring new content about real estate crowdfunding investors and discusses if they will be able to weather a market correction.

  • 09/21/21 – Client Email: All clients were sent an email, bringing to their attention some important legislation that will affect all retirement plans and thousands of privately owned small business. This legislation could potentially affect our investors that invest in Trust Deeds with their SD-IRA.

  • 9/13/21 – San Diego Branding Campaign: This is Ignite Funding’s final installment after a 3 month branded content campaign with the San Diego Business Journal .

  • 09/9/21 – Client Email: All clients were sent an email asking them to participate in voting for Ignite for Best of Las Vegas 2021. The results will be release by the LVRJ in December.

  • 09/07/21 – INC 5000 Announcement: Our announcement for making the INC 5000 list two years in a row was posted to the blog on the website. Feel free to share with clients and leads!

  • 09/04/21 – New Email Added to Lead Drip: An email with our $1 billion press release “Hard Money Lender Accelerates Past Major Milestone in Lending” was created an implemented to the lead email drip. Link to the email.

  • We moved up the ranks! – On 08/16/21, we made the No 4886 spot in the INC 5000 rankings for 2021!

  • We hit an annual account milestone! – On 08/13/21, we hit 300 accounts for the year. Keep it up!

  • We broke a new record! – On 08/13/21, 10 new accounts were opened on a single day!

  • 08/19/21 – New Emails Added to Workflow: Two emails have been added to the New Client email drip that was created to ensure all clients are on the same page of how it works at Ignite Funding and how to manage the account/investments.

All clients received an email with this news, and Nevada clients received an exclusive email to participate in a drawing for a special prize.

  • 08/04/21 – New Company Logo: A new logo was created with the new company slogan “Short-term investments for long-term investors”. You can save these images and use them as you see fit. Click to open the link, right click on the page, and save the image to your computer.

  • 08/02/21 – New Blog: “Cash Investors: How You Send Your Funds Matters” was created to help cash account investors identify which methods are the fastest and most secure ways to transfer their cash. This was also emailed to all clients on 08/02.

  • We hit an annual account milestone! – On 07/16/21, we hit 250 new accounts! To give you an idea of how crazy awesome this is, we didn’t hit 200 new accounts in 2020 until September 3rd. Keep crushing it!

  • 07/21/21 – New Blog: “Loan Closing: It’s Not Always a Walk in the Park” helps to explain some of the situations that we encounter in the loan closing process that can cause delays in funding. Please share with anyone that gets frustrated by these scenarios so that they can better understand why delays can occur.

  • 07/15/21 – New Lead Drip Email: A new email has been added to the automated lead email drip system to replace an email that was underperforming. This is in an effort to better inform new leads on how Ignite Funding is competitive with traditional, “cheaper”, financing such as banks.

  • 07/02/21 – New SalesForce Email Template: “How to Securely Send Cash for Your Ignite Funding Investments” email was created in Salesforce to send to new and current CASH clients to help prevent them from utilizing the least secure ways to send us their money and to encourage the use of faster transfer methods for funding.

  • 07/01/21 – New Blog: “Real Estate Investing is Not a One Trick Pony Game” describes Ignite Funding’s core underwriting philosophies that helps us attract bankable borrowers and mitigate risk for our clients. This was originally created and published for the LVRJ June campaign but is now available for clients and leads to read on the website.

  • 07/01/21 – New Mexico Campaign: Ignite is engaging in a 6 month campaign with the Albuquerque Journal. Throughout the campaign there will be monthly ads throughout the site, Sponsored Content, and email blasts. This is our second installment of branded content.

  • We hit an annual account milestone! – On 06/08/21 we hit 200 new accounts for the year. Keep it up!

  • 06/28/21 – New Client Automated Email Drip: An Automated email drip was implemented to ensure that all clients receive communication pertinent to them understanding the team dynamic at Ignite and the paperwork associated with their investments. Clients receive the first email as soon as their SalesForce profile is changed to an account, and will receive the rest once per week.

    1. Welcome to Ignite Funding: Let’s them know who is available to assist them with their investments/accounts, and will receive an attachment (see example for Howard) with their corresponding BDE’s info and the CSR/Loan Processing contact information.
    2. Money Doesn’t Invest Itself: Provides clients with tips to stay in the loop for new investments (text opt-in) and managing their account.
    3. Don’t Miss Another Day of Interest: Walks clients through how to complete their investment paperwork.
    4. SPOA Blog: New clients will learn right off the bat why they must complete an SPOA, and why Ignite cannot implement a blanket SPOA.
  • 06/25/21 – New Informational Handout: The “Why Borrowers & Investors Choose Ignite” one sheet handout was created to help you explain to leads & clients why borrowers utilize financing from Ignite for their projects, despite banks having the cheapest capital. This handout will be added to the lead email drip system in Hubspot and definitely be used for other future marketing initiatives and events!

  • 06/14/21 – New Video: If clients are looking for an update on any of their Nevada investments, you can direct them to our youtube channel to watch a video update on all projects in Clark County. Keep in mind, if it was an acquisition loan the client will only see a dirt lot.

  • 06/14/21 – Client Survey: On the glass wall above CSR cubicles you will find the suggestions that clients requested to help us improve the client experience. We will be actioning these throughout the year and providing updates on the glass wall as the requests are completed.

  • 06/09/21 – Hubspot Automated Lead Email Drip: An automated email drip has been put into place for leads specifically generated by social media/digital/website advertising. Once the leads are assigned to a BDE the email drip has been triggered in Hubspot, allowing a quicker turnaround to contact the lead. Below are the emails that the leads are currently receiving in the drip. The emails are spaced out so that the leads receive one email daily, excluding weekends.

  • 06/08/21 – Client Email: In our PTC crossover campaign, cash account clients were sent a Sponsored Content email on behalf of PTC highlighting SEP & SIMPLE IRAs.
