Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by a fully developed, approximately quarter acre residential lot situated just west of Interstate 15 in West Jordan, Utah (approximately 15 miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah). Loan proceeds will be used for the acquisition of the lot and vertical construction of an approximately 1,750 square foot  (3,404 total square feet), 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The home will be built on lot 25 in the Echo Ridge subdivision which consists of 46 existing and planned residential lot ranging from .15 – 3.3 acres.

 

LF Echo Ridge, LLC | Loan #4010 – FUNDED

Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by a fully developed, roughly .2 acre residential lot situated just west of Interstate 15 in West Jordan, Utah (approximately 15 miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah). Loan proceeds will be used for the refinance of the lot. This lot was purchased about three months ago. The Echo Ridge subdivision consists of 46 existing and planned residential lot ranging from .15 – 3.3 acres.
