Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by approximately 22.75 acres of undeveloped land located in St. George, Utah (approximately 125 miles northeast of Las Vegas, Nevada and approximately 300 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah). The land has a tentative map in place to allow for the development of a 33 lot community. Although the development loan will encumber all 33 lots, development proceeds will be used for the development of the first phase of 10 lots that average about a half an acre in size. Kachina Cliffs is adjoining another of the borrower’s developments that is almost completely sold out. This new development is intended to supplement the existing community and add more lots for the borrower.
