LF Echo Ridge, LLC | Loan #4079

Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by three fully developed, roughly .2 acre residential lots situated just west of Interstate 15 in West Jordan, Utah (approximately 15 miles south of Salt Lake CIty, UT). Loan proceeds will be used to pay off the existing debt on the lots. These lots were purchased about a year ago along with six other lots in the community. Over the past year, six of the nine total lots purchased by the borrower have either been sold to homebuilders or have a construction loan in place for the vertical construction of a home. The Echo Ridge subdivision consists of 46 existing and planned residential lots ranging from .15 – 3.3 acres

 

Harmony Fiore, LLC | Loan #4086 – FUNDED

Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by 6 fully-developed approximately 0.17 to 0.36 acre residential lot  located in the Bella Fiore subdivision in Henderson, Nevada. The Bella Fiore subdivision, which is over 90% built out, is located in the Lake Las Vegas Master Planned Community which includes a lake, hotels, restaurants, shopping, and golf amenities in addition to its residential subdivisions.

 

HWL Whisper Ridge, LLC | Loan #4087

Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by four fully-developed residential lots of approximately .25 acres, located in the Whisper Ridge subdivision which is five miles east of Ogden, Utah (approximately 35 miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah). Loan proceeds will be used to acquire the four lots in a community of 127 total lots. Over 50% of the first phase are built and sold so the borrower has begun development work on the second and final phase of the community. Home in the community are selling for approximately $400,000 each.
