Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by four partially developed residential lots situated in Vista, California, about 43 miles north of San Diego, CA. These four lots were part of a three acre parcel that was acquired by the borrower a year ago. Since that time a final map has been recorded subdividing the land into 16 residential lots. In addition to the recording of the subdivision final map, the borrower has already begun development work on the property. As it currently stands, the site has wet and dry utilities stubbed to the site, rough grading is complete, and the existing structure removed. Over the next few months, the borrower will complete the development of the site and begin to construct a model home for the subdivision. Home sales are expected to start in the winter of 2014.
