Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by approximately 41.57 acres of unimproved, platted lots located in Mountain Green, Utah (approximately 35 miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah). The land has a map in place allowing the development of 50 lots. These lots will be approximately quarter acre in size and be the second phase of the existing Whisper Ridge in Mountain Green Community that the borrower already owns and is actively selling out of. The first phase of the project consisted of 64 residential lots, of which more than 80% have been sold to end users. The attached map depicts the first phase of the development of the collateral will begin by the ens of the first quarter of 2014.
