Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by three acres of residential land located in West Jordan, Utah (approximately 15 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah). These three acres represent the third phase of the community and will ultimately consist of 157 units. The community of Westridge has approximately 20 units already built. This loan will be repaid by the borrower when development is scheduled to begin which is slated for the end of 2013.
