Description:First Trust Deed collateralized by 10 fully developed residential lots which are approximately .2 acres each located in West Jordan, Utah (approximately 19 miles southwest of Salt Lake City, Utah). The last phase of the community consists of 25 residential lots of which 15 are already built, and the remaining unsold lots are encumbered by this loan. The borrower acquired 15 finished lots from the previous builder in early October, 2013 and has built five homes thus far.

 

HWD Manchester Fields, LLC | Loan #4046 – FUNDED

Description:First Trust Deed collateralized by approximately 5.81 acres of undeveloped land located in Riverton, Utah (approximately 19 miles south of Salt Lake City, Utah). Although this land will become a standalone community, it is located within an existing neighborhood and is directly west of a private school, Montessori at Riverton. The land is currently slated to be developed into 17 residential lots. Once the tentative map is approved, the borrower will seek to refinance the loan into a development loan.
