Edward Homes specializes in commercial and residential custom design and architecture, improvements and land development. Brock Metzka has 20 years of real estate development and general contracting experience and is the owner of Edward Homes, LLC, a homebuilding company based in Southern Nevada. Mr. Metzka began as a contractor, building over 400 custom to semi-custom residential homes with home prices ranging from $175,000-$5,900,000. Brock E. Metzka LLC, Bullhead Care, LLC, Phoenix Care Partners and Lake Las Vegas 24, LLC are all owned and operated by Mr. Metza.
Edward Homes has several new residential subdivision projects: Coronado Condos in the Summerlin Community, Vita Bella in the Lake Las Vegas Community, an upcoming town-home community located in the Providence Master Plan Community, and a 1 acre, 8,000 square foot single family home in the MacDonald Highland’s Dragon Ridge Community, all of which are in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a developer, Mr. Metzka has completed & procured over $500,000,000 of commercial development projects in North Dakota, Ohio, Indiana, Arizona, California and Nevada. Mr. Metzka has managed various developments such as: over 500 multi-family units, 250 unit residential subdivision, national restaurant franchises, medical offices, retail, office space, industrial, mix use and many other commercial use projects.
This experience in developing and building high demand multi-family and commercial projects has led Mr. Metzka into another high demand area, real estate for healthcare. Edward Homes has been working with Ignite Funding since 2016. As of January 1st, 2023, Ignite Funding has funded 19 loans for a total of $59.6M for Edward Homes.
