Bel Canto is an Asset Growth Fund, founded by Thomas A. Leonard and Jennifer A. Nevitt, as a investment vehicle to develop, acquire and hold multifamily assets for the Leonard Family Trust. Bel Canto seeks ground-up construction and value-add properties with an above average risk/reward ratios to invest in. They partner with institutional equity and family offices to secure all debt and equity to capitalize on the opportunities presented by the underlying asset strategy. Bel Canto acts as the asset manager, employing a long-term strategy while evaluating market conditions to get the optimal yield. Bel Canto operates under its asset and apartment management company, Forty Two. Together they employ over 250 team members with a national footprint from Washington State to Florida.
