Harmony Mesa Verde I, LLC | Loan #3982 – FUNDED

Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by 2 acres of land in Enterprise NV (approximately seven miles south of Las Vegas, NV). The land is currently zoned R-E for rural estates which allows for two units per acre. The site is located next to a 2.5 acre piece and about 800 feet from a five acre parcel, both of which Harmony Homes currently owns. The five acre piece will be used as the first phase of the development and the collateral for this loan, as well as the 2.5 acre piece, will be used as the second phase of the development. The total development will include 75 homes once approved by the city and county.
