Description: First Trust Deed collateralized by 4.55 acres of land in Enterprise NV (approximately seven miles south of Las Vegas, NV). The land is currently zoned R-E for rural estates which allows for two units per acre but there is an approved zoning change in place to allow for R-2 zoning. This would permit 39 lots to be built as the first phase of a 75 lot community. Harmony already owns these two parcels and has since the end of March, 2013. During the time Harmony has owned the parcels, they have successfully worked with the city to get the zoning changed to allow the number of units they were requesting. Harmony also owns a 2.5 acre piece to the west of this site that will be used for the second phase of the development.
