Project Description
In 2023 Matthew joined the Ignite Funding team to continue the growth of our Client Services department. As a Client Service Representative, Matthew is responsible for providing a high-level of customer service to current clients throughout the investment cycle. This includes educating clients on available investment opportunities, notifying clients of loan pay-offs, and assisting clients with reinvestment to mitigate interest down-time.
Matthew has an extensive background in the banking industry, working for one of the top 5 largest banks. From this experience Matthew has learned the value of building relationships with clients, especially in a role of monetary responsibility. He looks to bring this white glove approach to all Ignite Funding clients and looks forward to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
When Matthew is not in the office, you can find him at a local comedy show, at the Las Vegas Philharmonic, or volunteering at his church for their foster care adoption ministry on the weekends.
