Project Description
In 2022 Isaac joined the Ignite Funding team in the Compliance department. As a Client Service Documentation Processor, Isaac is responsible for assisting hundreds of clients with submitting investment paperwork to ensure that Ignite Funding maintains its reputation for the fastest loan closings in the industry. While checking in the documentation, Isaac maintains a high-level of accuracy to meet and exceed the compliance standards set by Ignite Funding.
Isaac has a strong background in compliance and customer service with over 6 years of experience in IT, specializing in surveillance, Network, and POS security; coupled with his experience as a Life and Health Insurance Agent. CCNA certification and Life and Health Insurance licensing were rigorous educational/regulatory requirements to fulfill these previous roles. Isaac looks to bring this exceptional level of expertise and attention to detail throughout the investment cycle to further elevate the Ignite Funding client experience.
