Howard has been an active team member at Ignite Funding for over 11 years. Prior to joining the team, Howard worked as a financial advisor for Ameriprise Financial, requiring him to pass and maintain a Series 7, Series 66 and Nevada Health and Life Insurance licensure for his role. Howard utilizes this experience as an advisor to provide thorough reviews of market conditions and our borrowers to his clients. He also strives to instill the value of diversifying one’s retirement portfolio by introducing Trust Deed investing to those new to real estate investing. Per NMLS regulations, Howard maintains a mortgage agent license.
Howard earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
When Howard is not in the office, he spends his free time outdoors with his family or maintaining his golf-pro skills out on the course.
