In 2021 Amber joined the Ignite Funding team to fill the role of client service representative/documentation processor in the Compliance Department. With over 15 year of customer service experience, Amber utilizes her communication and organizational skills to elevate the client experience. Amber confirms the accuracy of investment document submission to help clients mitigate interest downtime and ensures the timely funding of all loans.

When Amber is not in the office, you can find her exploring new places, volunteering, or doing something crafty.
