Tailor Built Homes, LLC is the home building arm of Legacy Fields, a land contractor and developer in and around Salt Lake City, Utah. The principals have over four decades of real estate experience but have only been a borrower with Ignite since 2013. They have strategically placed themselves to buy and develop land but still have a home building arm to have an end use for the product.
